Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.
1 · Controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is:
Enes Senol
Nonnenstraße 26
67480 Edenkoben, Germany
Email: kontakt@kenna-makeitreal.com · Phone: 0176 80030370
We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer, and none has been appointed.
2 · Your rights at a glance
At any time you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see section 9).
3 · Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. The host processes the data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Host used: IONOS
The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The data is processed on servers in Germany or within the European Union; no transfer to third countries takes place. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Further information can be found in the IONOS privacy notice at ionos.de/terms-gtc/datenschutzerklaerung.
4 · Access data & server log files
When you access this website, the host automatically collects information that your browser transmits, in what are known as server log files. These are:
- anonymised or shortened IP address
- date and time of access
- the page/file requested and the amount of data transferred
- browser type and version, operating system
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, the stability and the security of the website. For security reasons, the log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted.
5 · Getting in touch & application/partner form
On this website you can contact us via the forms (startup application, partner enquiry) as well as by email or phone. When you submit a form, we process the details you provide — depending on the form, in particular:
- your name or the name of the startup/company and contact person
- email address and, where applicable, phone number
- details about your project, your brand or partnership (free text and selection fields)
The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry and to potentially initiate a collaboration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Insofar as you actively gave your consent when submitting, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is an additional legal basis; you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
Technical transmission of the form data
The forms are processed via a script on our own web space at IONOS (address see section 3). Your details are received there and forwarded immediately by email to the mailbox named above; they are not stored permanently on the web server. Only if the email dispatch fails technically is the enquiry temporarily saved in a log file on the server so that it is not lost; this backup is deleted after processing. No external service providers outside the EU are used to send the forms.
Retention period
We store your enquiry until it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. If your enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we delete the data no later than 6 months after the last contact, unless you withdraw earlier.

7 · Cookies & tracking
This website uses no cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising and integrates no external services that set such cookies. A consent banner (cookie banner) is therefore not required. Any technically necessary storage serves solely the secure operation of the site (§ 25(2) TDDDG) and does not require consent.
Your chosen language setting (German/English) is stored solely locally in your browser (localStorage) so that the site remembers your choice. This information is not transmitted to us or any third party and serves only the functionality of the website.
8 · SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar. When encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
9 · Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for the controller is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz

Postfach 30 40, 55020 Mainz

10 · Objection to direct marketing / Art. 21 GDPR
Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. The relevant legal basis can be found in this privacy policy. Following an objection, we will no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
11 · Currency of this policy
This privacy policy is dated July 2026. We update it as soon as our data processing changes (e.g. when integrating new services).
